Download GParted (a partition editor) and put it on a CD..does that part work or can you not even get past the logo screen? Then just go through the options. When you see the screen with bars, wipe everything - this will get rid of the AND everything else, like personal files, programs, etc. Then you can take it to a shop without . Alternatively, this may actually fix your laptop, so you might want to try loading Windows again afterwords.
