What program do these dll's belong to? C:\WINDOWS\system32\xmlparse.d… and-- C:\WINDOWS\system32\xmltok.dll

I was trying to install the gimp runtime enviroment (the gimp not being anything to do with or es it's a photo edititing program) and there was a conflict between the Dll's and it wanted to rename them but also warned me that doin so may make the belonging programs to stop working but i don't know what they belong to and if they are a program i don't use and isn't anything to do with the system i would allow to it to rename the dll's.
