Share with I myself your response to Irvine Welsh? Does he deserve praise which he gets or is he overrated!!!!

Irvine Welsh is a fantastic writing. He deserves loads of praise for his books. Granted, his earlier ones ("Prayer for Owen Meeney!") were better than the newer ones, but still. He's a dead good writer and makes some literary masterpieces.
