Tips for discreet feeding for large chested ladies?

My son is almost 3 weeks old and I have a big problem with feeding around people, I had the same problem with my daughter and as such feeding didn't last very long.... I have REALLY large areolas (and pretty big too) and unlike some women who can cover their areolas with baby's head, I cannot even almost do that. I really want to just be able to feed my baby when and where I want to and I find it hard to keep a wrap over my shoulder when feeding also. Do other people have this problem? Do you have any tips for shy women who need to feed their bubs?
