Isn't it True china is not really communist, but a dictatorship of Organized Crime?

A dictatorship of organised crime? You must be joking. Yes, the Chinese government has its share of corruption though they are actively managing the issue. The punishment for corruption in China is extremely heavy. President Hu Jintao labelled corruption as the most significant factor which can hinder China's growth. I don't really think you understand what communism is. Communism describes the country's old system of a centrally planned economy rather than their political system. Today, China's growth is powered by its free market economy.
