Do you know what career I can work in? Please ist!?

I am a middle aged grandmother...and I have some health problems that make it virtually impossible to work outside of my home. (But if you have any ideas - please ist) Are there any careers that I could do at home preferably in the medical field? My dream was always to be a nurse but I cannot get into any nursing school with my medical problems...Are there any type nursing programs - even LPN or NA that I can take online? Can a nursing istant work part time because I only see them working 12 hr shifts? Would a hospital hire a NA who has to take mandatory breaks off & on daily? I considered cake decorating but I do not think I would like it. I actually feel a fresh new outlook on life with my age but I don't know where to start? I am poverty level income. PLEASE PLEASE do NOT tell me about any home based business where I must invest even $1 to get started! Thanks much!
