I am having insat cb dish but some tmes i am getting too much disturbance i changed my l7b what to do? no use?

some times it is working very good and sometimes it is giving too much of disturbance in the signal. I tried with other l&b it works after few days it is not and again the same l&b I put and it works. Can u please tell me what is the reason.
