Need Help,Should I call my mother or just forget her.?

Okay me and my mom have had a rocky relationship.There has been times when I have stopped talking to her before.The 1 main thing that I dont agree on is her still been with her husband after he molested me has a child.So what made me stop talkin to her this time was,while my daughter was visitin my mom(my stepfather wasn't to be there)I came to pick her up,she called the police on me.She told the police that I was unfit parent!I couldn't believe it,and my stepfather was there.at the same time the police told me she smelled like she had been drinkin.Now because of a lawsuit I have with Inglewood police,the officer that came to the sence was 1 that was involed in my lawsuit.So the officer was goin 2 believe what my mother was sayin about my parent skills.I had 2 explain that my daughter is not to b in there with a child molester.Then did the police officer return my daughter. I told her you tryed to take my baby,U wont ever c my baby again.and its been 2 yr.
