Need some ADULT advice on this. Kind of long sorry!?

I've posted about my boyfriend and I of a year taking a "brake" about a week or so ago. The people I work with are pretty close, like a family in a way, so they all know what's going on in everyone there's life. Of course they know about the "brake". One of my co workers has always liked me and has told everyone but me. Well one of my other co workers wants to hook us up now that I'm "single" or on a "brake" or whatever you prefer. It's been his mission to do this ever since he found out the guy likes me. I do find him attractive. But I don't know what to do because of the "brake". I don't want anyone to get hurt. How long should I give the "brake" or do you think I should give someone who hasn't hurt me with the "brake" deal a chance?
