PM accused of ignoring warnings - do you think he was complacent?

Good God yes . . . I live in the U.S. and my husband works in banking . . . and let me tell you what folks . . . every bank, every pension fund, every government wealth fund that bought these piles of crap KNEW exactly what they were . . . they chose to look the other way because for five years these bonds were returning about 17% on the dollar or pound or yen . . .
