Tauren Druid Quest wow?

Okay Im a level 10 Tauren druid and I'm on the quest to get my bear form. I was told to go into the barrens to kill some moonkin but when I go into the barrens I can't find the moonkin because I'm just too low a level. Does anyone know where the moonkin are because they don't seem to be where the guy told me they are, which is just west of tarajou(please excuse spelling) just before you enter Mulgore. Ive looked west and there are only the dumb boars and stormsnouts there.
