What is the earliest you have heard of a baby surviving prematurely without severe problems or transfusion?

Im just trying to take a poll. I was wondering how early a baby can be born and survive without having serious problems (mental, breathing, etc) and without having a blood transfusion. I know someone who had a baby at 29 weeks but I was wondering your thoughts. Know anyone that has had a baby earlier?
