Why wont my puppy poop?

Okay so today my puppy hasnt been pooping but he has been peeing alot. He also has been eating more today then any other day. I pretty much feed him some dog food and Cesar puppy stuff. But he hasnt pooped all day today. Is something wrong with him. He is about 12weeks old
