When it comes to a concealed carry, what are the pros and cons of the Glock 23 and the Glock 27, both .40 S&W?

I am just curious if anyone has noticed any pros and cons between the Glock 23 and Glock 27. I know they are the same caliber so basically what I am wondering about is the actual carrying and use of them, should the need arise.
